The Bottle-Matic 10″: is designed for cylindrical items from .5″ – 6″ in diameter, and from 1 1/2″ – 9″ in container height.
The Bottle-Matic Label Applicator enables the user to label all kinds of cylindrical objects by simply inserting the container and pressing a foot switch. Once the foot switch is activated the label is applied at over 4.5″ per second.
PRIOR TO ORDERING: It is recommended that you send in sample containers, and a roll of labels in for testing. We will provide a video with your product and labels in a real world test. If interested in sending in test samples please call or email: Info@dispensamatic.com so we can provide instructions on how to do so.
Optional Add-Ons:
2 Labels, Front and back: This option applies both a front and back label to your cylindrical container
Waste-Rewinder- : This option automatically rewinds the waste paper that is produced after labeling your product. Without this attached the waste paper would simply fall over the back of the machine and into a waste bin.
Auto-Matic- : This labeling option allows you to just insert your bottle and the labeler automatically activates. Foot switch is still included, but not needed!
Bottle-Counter- : This option counts each operation with a digital counter.
Laser Alignment tool: This points a directional red-dot laser to a specific point on your bottle- allowing you to alighn this same portion of the bottle with the laser to ensure the same label orientation placement each time. For example if you would like to avoid the label being applied on the seam of the container, or if you needed the label applied to match up to another item on your bottle.
Extended Heavy weight pressure arm: This pressure arm replaces the standard pressure arm that comes on the Bottle-Matic. This pressure arm is a heavy arm that helps eliminate bubbles. Primarily used for containers with inconsistent label surfaces and thin labels.

The peel edge is hand milled to spec within .001″using a special hand-made cutting tool to get that perfect peeling edge needed to dispense labels without tearing the backing paper. (50 years of perfecting the peeling action) Dispensing tables are POLISHED with ultra-fine polishing compound so paper flows freely around the plate.
